Monthly Service Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to the Monthly Online Basketball Training Program ("Service"), you ("Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use the Service. The Provider reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email, or text

2. Description of Service

The Service provides access to online basketball training content, including video drills, workout plans, and coaching tips, delivered via a subscription-based platform. Content is designed to improve skills such as scoring in the key, footwork, and conditioning, and is accessible during the subscription period.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription Term: The Service operates on a monthly subscription basis, automatically renewing every 30 days unless canceled.

  • Payment: Payments are processed via PayPal or other designated payment methods. The Subscriber authorizes recurring monthly charges to their selected payment method.

  • Fees: The monthly subscription fee is $40 USD, subject to change with 30 days' notice. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4.

  • Billing Issues: If payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until resolved. The Subscriber is responsible for any fees incurred due to failed payment attempts.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle, at no cost. 

  • PayPal Dispute Fee: If a Subscriber files a PayPal dispute or chargeback instead of using the standard cancellation process, a $35 USD administrative fee will be charged to cover processing costs. This fee is due within 14 days of the dispute filing and may be deducted from any refund or charged separately.

  • Post-Cancellation Access: Access to the Service ends at the conclusion of the billing cycle in which cancellation is requested. No partial refunds are provided.

5. Subscriber Responsibilities

  • Account Use: Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.

  • Eligibility: Subscribers must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Conduct: Subscribers agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute Service content without written permission from the Provider.
