All Basketball players need to do suspension training with TRX or similar bands. Suspension training will help you jump higher, shoot a Basketball higher, and be quicker so that your able to make cuts faster and react on defense faster to stop your opponent from scoring. So like I was mentioning Mike Bryce and myself we are currently creating a Suspension Training Program for Basketball players. We are going to start with a beginner Suspension Training Program and build out the program to more advanced workouts.
