Sandwich and Reverse Sandwich Inbound Play

On top is the basic sandwich line inbound play that you can run with your team, I personally would run this play twice in a row and then run the reverse version which is the video below. By only running these two plays all season you can continually confuse your opponent. This play will also teach your young players some very valuable court vision as they can choose which version to run for the type of defence the opponent is playing. I am personally not a fan of only having 2 plays, so I would have a few other inbound plays if you team is at a high level.
