Static Stretches

 Calf stretch: Find a wall and have your toes up on the wall while your heel is still on the ground. Slowly push your toes closer to your leg until you feel a stretch.                                                                          

 Triceps stretch: While standing pull your right arm across your body then switch to the other arm.                                                                

 
 

Quadriceps stretch: stand on one foot and pull the other foot up. 

 

Hamstring Stretch: Have your feet shoulder width apart and your knees slightly bent (do not hyper extend your knees).
