Foot Speed  

 Foot speed is very important, without foot speed you wont have the blow by speed to get by your defender for a dunk. Also believe it or not, foot speed workouts will train your vertical jump. 

All of these foot speed workouts you can also use just a straight line in your basement or driveway. I personally use chalk to draw a line or the ladder.
