Basketball Workouts 

Vertical Jump workouts that will improve your vertical jump ability and improve your Basketball skills. 

 Lung Dribbling: You will start with your back to the step. Have one of your feet up on the step and get into a lung position. Once in a lung you will dribble the Basketball between your legs. (Remember to keep your back straight).

 Wall Sit Dribbling: Start with your back to a wall and get down into a squat with your back and shoulders against the wall. Now dribble the Basketball under your butt.


 Core Dribbling: Stand on one foot then lean forward and kick your other foot out behind you. Once down far enough dribble for a few seconds with each hand and return in an upright position and repeat. Once finishing the correct amount of sets with one foot switch to the other foot.
