The idea of a Peanut Butter and Jam Protein Shake came to me during one morning while I had my daily Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich. That afternoon I tried making the protein shake below and I thought it tasted pretty good, and I hope you enjoy too.  

- Frozen or Fresh Fruit
- 1-2 cups of skim milk 
- 1 scoop of protein powder 
- 1 table spoon of smooth peanut butter   
- (Optional: Ice)
