Here we make a healthy version of Chicken Parmesan with our healthy recipes. Or should I say Frog Legs? NAW just kidding its chicken... but you do know frog legs to taste like chicken, so who really knows what they're eating. 

Anyways this is a great recipe for mothers on the go trying to get their kids off to Basketball practice. This is so yummy and good for you so that you and your young sports player will have enough energy to get all the way through practice or a game. 

NOTES:
Cook at 375F 
for 40-55 minutes 

Oil pan so Chicken doesn't stick
