This Grilled Cheese Sandwich recipe is one of my favourites, however I do limit myself to how manny I do get to eat per year due to the large amount of calories that are in it. This Grilled Cheese Sandwich is definitly not a good diet decision if your trying to lose weight. 

This Grilled Cheese has 2 different types of cheese, Parmesan and Cheddar. Once you have buttered the bread you will grill on a frying pan with most of the cheese inside. I say most of the cheese because you need to also add some cheese to the outside as well so you can create a nice crusty cheese layer. 

You will need:

  • Cheddar Cheese (lots.. like half a block) 
  • Parmesan Cheese (not a lot just a few sprinkles) 
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Butter (or margarin)
