Homemade Pancakes Recipe

This is a simple pancake recipe for anyone who wants to make pancakes. I love pancakes and as a kid I used to look forward to the mornings where I would wake up and smell pancakes. As a Basketball parent I wouldn't let your young player eat too may of these before a game, however this sis a very filling breakfast that will fuel him until lunch.  

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups of Flour 

7 teaspoons of Baking Powder 

1-2 tablespoons of Sugar

1 teaspoons of Salt

2 Eggs

2 cups of Milk

4 tablespoons of Oil

Start by mixing the dry ingredients then follow up by mixing in the wet ingredients.
