Sports injuries can range from a minor ankle sprain to a major knee or back injury that can take months or even years to recover from. This is a page dedicated to those who are injured or for those who want to reduce the chance of injury. Below is my story and some videos that will help you through your rehab. Injuries can be hard to recover from however, I know you can do it!

My Injuries

I myself have experienced many major injuries, before my first year in College I received a major Back when I went up for a dunk and flipped over the defending player and landed on my upper Back, which then swelled up my lower back muscle, and I still experience Back problems to this day (5 years later).

Then 2 years ago while playing Basketball I tore my ACL, MCL, and Meniscus. This is one injury I do not wish on anyone. I have been not doing anything over the past 2 years and I have gained 90 pounds since. During these 2 years I have had an exploratory knee surgery to see what the full extent of the injury was and the surgeon repaired my Meniscus the second surgery was to repair my ACL.
