I personally like to experiment with different protein shake creations and today I think I have found one that everyone one will enjoy. 

For this protein shake you will need: 
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 1 tbsp of smooth peanut butter
for a Reeses taste you can try adding chocolate protein powder instead (I have not tried the chocolate protein powder yet).
