When done properly stretching will reduce injury and help muscles recover, however do you know how to stretch properly?

Before your practice, game or workout start with a jog and dynamic stretching. When finishing your workout end with a static stretch 

Dynamic Stretch: Dynamic Stretching is a form of stretching beneficial in sports utilizing momentum. 

Static Stretching: Static stretching is used to stretch muscles while the body is at rest.
