Staying on a diet can be hard, especially when it comes to losing weight or gaining muscle. However did you know that you will have a better chance of staying on your diet depending on how you start? Well this is true. A diet is mostly pshycological and the first think you do to teach a student math or anything else is slowly introduce new things like back in Math class (ya I'm an EA).

A diet is not something to make you loose weight, it is something to continue for the rest of your life. The best way to start a healthy diet is to only do it 2-3 times a week and eventually start adding more days each month. Believe me you cannot rush into loosing weight or you will fail!

During your first month on a healthy diet start with only three days a week, this will help you get accustomed to the diet and great things will follow. During the second month you will eat the healthy diet 4 day each week, third month 5 days, fourth month you will be on the healthy diet each of the seven days and you will be hooked. 

Just remember that a diet is not always an easy thing to continue doing, however with this tip I hope you will stay on the healthy diet.
