I have a lot of friends who have started and are still on the Caveman Diet, but what is the Caveman Diet? The Caveman Diet is an extremely simple diet that can help you loose weight, stay healthy and gain lots of muscle. While on the Caveman Diet you are only allowed to eat what a Caveman was able to eat thousands of years ago. Basically no candy or processed foods, all you can have is fruits, vegetables, and meat (cooked). If you are over weight you will loose weight fast and if you are in shape trying to gain muscle and you eat a fair amount of meat, you will gain a ton of muscle and it will be healthy lean muscle. 

If you are looking to have a drink while on the Caveman Diet you can have pure (no preservatives) fruit/vegetable juice, water and milk.
