Recently the LA Lakers fired their head coach Mike Brown after a 1-4 start with a team that has Steve Nash out with a leg injury and Dwight Howard who recovering from back surgery. This year the LA Lakers were expected to make the NBA Finals and with the 1-4 start they may not be able to turn around their record with Mike Brown at the head.

After only 5 season games this is the fastest coach firing in the NBA, but was this a good idea? Everyone has their own opinion about this, comment below to let us know what you think.

I 100% agree with the LA Lakers in firing Mike Brown, and I disagree with the GM hiring a coach and telling the coach to change the offence. Why change something that is not broken? I would have hired a young coach to be Phil Jackson's assistant last year and learn everything from Phil and than promote that young coach to head coach this year when Phil Jackson retired.
