How Should I take Glutamine?

On workout day: On a workout day you should take 5 grams in the morning in your juice or protein shake, then take 5 grams after your workout.

Not on a workout day: Take 5 grams in the morning on a rest day. 

Glutamine Stories

There have been stories about Glutamine being a steroid because of steroidal effects of muscle growth and an increase of HGH (Human Growth Hormone). However this is absolutely untrue, this rumour came about because professional body builder were taking steroids and blaming the positive drug test on taking glutamine. However I stress that Glutamine is not a steroid and will not cause you to test positive on a steroid drug test.

Another story is that Glutamine will help children grow taller than they are supposed to be. Nobody knows if this story is true or false, however there are currently many studies currently working on this story.
