These are Allen's Recipes, all of the recipes below are in video format and hopefully easy to follow. I am no way a pro Chef, but I do hope you like my recipes.

The recipes that are great for team parties 

For this Protein Milk Shake all you need is:

1-2 cups of skim milk
1 table spoon of peanut butter
1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder

I am a peanut butter junkie as you can see

- Some frozen or fresh fruit
- 1-2 cups of skim milk
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder
- 1 Table spoon of peanut butter

This Iced Lemon Green Tea Recipe is great for loosing weight, I personally like this tea at breakfast. I know this is great for weight loss as I have used it for that reason before and currently. Green tea is great for weight loss due to the caffeine content and some other aspects that will help burn some fat. 

All you need:

1 scoop of vanilla protein (I Personally like six star)
1 pear
1 glass of milk (I used 1%)

You need to try this egg! 

Not So Good For You Recipes 

All you need here is bread, butter and a ton of cheese and hot peppers.  

If you like some heat this is for you, there is not much heat in this one. 

This is a true grilled cheese, if you like cheese this one is for you! This took a 1/3 of a block of cheese.  

We all love BBQ in the summer, if you coach a summer Basketball team have a party and include this burger.
